Thanks for shopping with COURT. We make perfume for tennis people, and a lot of our customers buy it as a gift for someone they love, or as a treat for themselves. We keep this page simple so you can understand what happens with your information without needing a law degree. If anything is unclear, email us at support@courtfragrance.com and we will explain it.

Who we are

COURT is an online fragrance brand. We sell Grass Court (for her), Clay Court (for him), and The Set, which is both scents shipped together. Most of our products are also available in bundles of 1, 2, 3, or 4. We have no physical shop, and everything happens through our website at courtfragrance.com. When we say "we," "us," or "our," that is who we mean.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up, we collect what we need to get your perfume to you: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address. If you are sending a gift, we may also collect the recipient's name and delivery address, and any gift message you write.

If you contact us, we keep your messages so we can help you properly.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site, like your device type, browser, approximate location, the pages you look at, and how you found us. This helps us see what is working and what is not.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment providers, who keep that information secure.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and delivery updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and keep the store secure.

If you have agreed to hear from us, we also send occasional emails about new scents, launches, and offers. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We also use general site data to improve the store, fix problems, and decide what to build next.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job. That includes Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, and analytics and advertising tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our store, or our rights from fraud or misuse.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep your bag working, remember your preferences, measure how people use the site, and show relevant ads on other platforms. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work as well without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete it or anonymize it.

Children

Our store is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
