Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused perfume in its original packaging. This applies to Grass Court, Clay Court, and The Set, including bundles of 1, 2, 3, or 4. All items in a bundle must be returned together.

Email support@courtfragrance.com with your order number before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
